About the Zoning By-law Amendment at 780 Baseline Road

The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law amendment application to construct three high-rise apartment buildings ranging in heights of 25 and 29-storeys, with 868 residential units and 2,895 square metres of ground floor commercial space.

A total of 655 parking spaces are proposed throughout underground parking and surgace level parking.
